If you are planning a massive whole-home renovation where living on-site isn't practical, we will discuss this openly during the planning phase.

Every home is unique, and timelines vary based on the scope of work. A bathroom update takes significantly less time than a large kitchen overhaul or a room addition. However, during our Design & Proposal stage, we will provide you with a realistic, detailed timeline. We stick to our schedules so you can start enjoying your new space exactly when promised.

Complete transparency is our policy. If you decide you want to change a detail, or if we uncover an unforeseen issue behind a wall (like outdated plumbing), we immediately communicate with you.
